AI consulting in Serbia: private language models on infrastructure you control

We help companies in Serbia and the region adopt AI without sending sensitive data to third parties — from use-case assessment and model selection to GPU servers and a private assistant your team uses every day.

Why keep models on your own servers

What you gain when the models run on your infrastructure instead of someone else's cloud. To size the hardware, use the calculator on the Serbian page.

Privacy

Prompts, documents and answers stay in your infrastructure, under your access and logging rules (GDPR and ZZPL).

Full availability

No request quotas, throttling or waiting in line; it keeps working when the internet link or the provider does not.

Freedom of model choice

Any open-weight model — Qwen, Llama, Mistral, Gemma, gpt-oss — swapped without rewriting your applications.

Predictable costs

A fixed price for hardware and power instead of a bill that grows with every query and every new user.

Stability

The model does not change under you: answers stay consistent until you decide otherwise.

Serbian language

The model can be fine-tuned to your terminology and to Serbian, instead of models tuned for English only.

Why work with a Serbian AI consultancy

Many EU companies already run engineering teams in Serbia. Keeping their AI infrastructure close to those teams is often the simplest option.

Same time zone, short trips

Central European Time and direct flights from Belgrade to most EU hubs — workshops and on-site installation without long-haul travel.

GDPR-aligned data protection

Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL) is modelled on the GDPR. On-prem inference keeps personal data inside your own environment, with your own logs and access rules.

Vendor-neutral by design

We take no commissions from hardware vendors or cloud providers, so recommendations follow your workload — sometimes the answer is to stay on an API.

Built for your team to own

Open-source stack, documentation and hand-over training — no long-term dependency on us.

Serbian and English

Models are tested on real questions in both languages — Latin and Cyrillic script included — before anything goes into production.

Numbers before purchases

Every recommendation comes with a cost model: API versus own hardware, break-even point and capacity headroom.

How we work: functional block diagram

Every phase ends with a concrete document or a running system. You can stop after any of them — everything we built stays yours.

  1. Intro call

    free

    Goals, data and constraints.

Output: a short note with the recommended next step.

  2. Assessment

    1–3 weeks

Workload measurement, model tests on your examples, cloud vs on-prem costs.

Output: architecture, bill of materials and TCO.

  3. Pilot & build

    3–8 weeks

Deployment on your infrastructure, integration with data sources, quality measured with real users.

Output: a production system and documentation.

  4. Support

    as agreed

Monitoring, model upgrades, capacity planning and team training.

Output: a monthly usage and cost report.

Do you work with companies outside Serbia?

Yes — especially with companies from the region and from the EU that have development teams in Serbia. All consulting and documentation is available in English.

Is on-prem LLM inference cheaper than using an API?

It depends on volume. At low volume an API is usually cheaper. A dedicated GPU server pays off when usage is high and steady, or when data protection rules out external APIs. Our Serbian-language calculator sizes the hardware for your workload.

Which models do you deploy?

Open-weight models from families such as Qwen, Llama, Mistral, Gemma and gpt-oss, selected by testing candidates on your own examples. The serving layer is OpenAI-compatible, so models can be swapped without rewriting applications.

Do you sell hardware?

No. We write the specification, collect quotes from several vendors and review them, but take no commissions — so the recommendation depends on your workload, not on a margin.

Does our data leave the company?

Not when the system runs on your servers. Documents, prompts and answers stay on your network under your access and logging rules. This simplifies GDPR and ZZPL compliance, though your legal team still makes the final assessment.
